Conscious Connected Breathwork is a powerful and safe way to reach a deep connection to our body and our minds. It floods the body with oxygen and energy, with both physical and emotional benefits. I place a high importance on creating a safe space filled with vulnerability and compassion so each individual can feel supported through their experience. The Universe needs healthy masculine energy, and my goal as a Breathwork facilitator is to provide a safe, loving environment to experience this.

Soundbaths | Crystal Alchemy Bowls

The Crystal Alchemy Bowls are made of the highest quality quarts from North Carolina and are infused with minerals, gemstones and other natural elements.
They bring forth the vibrational frequencies of our natural state allowing for deep healing.
There will be a brief introduction to the bowls, followed by a one-hour immersion into the experience of the transformational sounds of the bowls.

Restorative yoga, essential oils, gentle Thai massage and the healing crystal bowls...
This will be a deeply nourishing class for the body mind and spirit. If you have never experienced a crystal bowl sacred sound bath you are in for a treat. NO YOGA EXPERIENCE NECESSARY.
Susan will be playing her high-frequency crystal alchemy singing bowls while Deanna guides you through a restorative yoga practice for 90 minutes. Some gentle Thai massage and essential oil sharing will be sprinkled throughout the class.
