  • Our practices focus on building strong movement foundations, working on mobility and strengthening connective tissues, and building strength from the ground up.

    We cap our fitness classes at 12, so that each client can get the attention needed to learn quality movements that will get them to their own unique movement goals faster and more efficiently.

  • Yes, all newcomers to ASCENT are welcome to try their first Group Fitness or Yoga class FREE. Sign Up Now!

  • Here at Ascent, we offer a WIDE variety of Group Fitness and Yoga classes. we offer a ONE-WEEK TRIAL where you can come try out as much as you would like.

  • We have spaced our classes appropriately so that the following classes do not interrupt their experience.

    We ask you to arrive no earlier than 15 mins prior to class. All participants are expected to be ready 5 minutes prior to class start.

  • Due to our limited size classes and out of respect for our teachers and coaches we have a 90 min cancellation policy.

    This allows our teachers and coaches to be best prepared for their classes and gives ample time for other members to sign up if classes are full. This can easily be done using your Mindbody App.

  • Conestogo has street parking up and down both sides of Sawmill road, but we do not currently have any private parking spaces.

  • We provide Spring Water. Please bring your own reusable bottle for water

  • We have 2 washrooms + 1 shower, as well as both a Men's and Women's change rooms.

  • Please note that we are not currently offering open gym time in the Studio, all training must be via a class or booked private session.

  • If you are under the age of 18 you must have a parent or legal guardian assist in signing up and present with you during class.

  • Exercising barefoot can offer benefits for the feet as well as the body. Training barefoot may improve agility, ankle stability, and the positioning of the joint, if done correctly.

    Working out barefoot is something we’ve progressed to over time. It is definitely not mandatory and is something you should speak with your coach about first, prior to attempting during training.
